Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All frozen seafood, beef and lamb orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days upon successful payment verification. Order processing and shipment are suspended on weekends and statutory public holidays.
Every batch of chilled and frozen goods undergoes strict pre-shipment quality inspection, including checking freezing condition, product integrity and packaging tightness, to ensure items are qualified before leaving our warehouse.
2. International Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
We provide global international cold-chain shipping for all frozen fresh products.
Standard international cold-chain delivery normally takes 7–14 business days, subject to destination country, local last-mile logistics speed and customs clearance schedule.
Expedited priority cold-chain shipping can be selected as an upgrade option during checkout for shorter transit time.
3. Shipping Costs & Transparent Charging
Shipping fees are automatically calculated in real time at checkout according to total package weight, dimensional volume and shipping country. There are zero hidden charges, surcharges or unexpected add-on fees. The exact shipping expense is fully visible before you finalize payment.
4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Regulations
Cross-border frozen consignments may incur import duty, VAT, customs inspection fees or quarantine charges levied by the destination country’s customs and agricultural authorities. All such levies are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Our company will not cover, offset or reimburse any customs, tax or quarantine-related costs.
We strongly recommend customers check local food import, frozen meat and seafood entry regulations before placing orders.
5. Professional Cold-Chain & Shock-Resistant Insulated Packaging
All perishable frozen goods (frozen shrimp, crab, steak, lamb cuts, offal and other raw ingredients) are packed with professional cold-chain protection: thick insulated foam boxes, sufficient high-density ice packs, shockproof outer cartons and sealed waterproof wrapping. This design effectively maintains low temperature throughout international transit, prevents temperature deviation, thawing, leakage and physical damage. Shipping insurance is available for selection at checkout for high-value bulk orders.
6. Parcel Inspection Upon Receipt & After-Sales Support
Please inspect the outer package immediately at the time of delivery. If you notice severely damaged packaging, broken boxes, water leakage, obvious thawing or spoiled contents, please take clear photos/videos, refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact our customer service team right away.
If you discover product deterioration, freezer burn, defective cuts or damage after signing for the package, please submit a ticket with complete photographic/video evidence within 48 hours after delivery. We will conduct verification promptly and offer feasible solutions including partial refund, full refund or re-delivery according to the actual situation.
7. Uncontrollable Shipping Exceptions & Delays
Occasional delivery hold-ups may be caused by rigorous customs food quarantine, extreme adverse weather, international logistics backlog, port congestion or other force majeure events beyond our control. We shall not be accountable for any indirect losses resulting from unavoidable delays, but we will proactively track the shipment and update the latest logistics status for you.
8. Customer Service Support
Should you have any inquiries regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery progress, customs clearance and quarantine requirements, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We offer timely and professional logistics consultation for all frozen food orders.
We keep upgrading our insulated packaging and cross-border cold chain solutions, striving to deliver intact, well-preserved premium frozen seafood and meat products to customers around the world.
